There is a strong focus on core strength and stability in this energizing class. While we consider this a level 2 class; all levels are welcome and modifications will be called. Come with an open mind, a wild heart, and an empty stomach. This class will improve coordination and agility, create better posture and alignment, maximize your time with your cardio, strength, power, stability & endurance all in one place while improving bone density, increasing power for athletes and having fun. Not So Peaceful Warrior Youth (Ages 9-14)
The Yin to our Yang. Take kickboxing as a group or in a one on one. This class, combines martial arts techniques with high paced cardio to challenge your breath, and your mind. Winding down with a kata yoga blend of martial arts stances and postures of yoga to develop proper body mechanics, help build muscle memory, develop mindfulness and expand your breath. Beginners and elite athletes will build stamina, improve coordination, expand flexibility, and build confidence. You will not only burn calories, but build lean muscle while having a great time de-stressing. Mindfulness at the heart of all of the Iron Buddha offerings- you’ll stay alert, active, focused and move with purpose.
During this powerful Vinyasa Flow class you will breathe, focus, move, stretch and balance. This practices builds heat from the inside to create a practice that allows you to move with your breath while building your strength and working all of your chakra points; from your third eye to your root chakra you will grow (literally and figuratively). During Inner Fire you will develop and discover health, greater capacity, patience and self love. In this class we let your body do the work, not the room.
This cardio-intensive TRX Suspension Training Class focuses on building strength through power, resistance, and core training. The combination of gravity resistance and movement provides the ultimate total body workout to train strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning, and core stability. If you want to stoke your inner fire, have fun, burn calories, and increase your muscle endurance, then TRX Bootcamp is your class. Wind down with a slow stretch and mindfulness to seal in your energy and embrace what the rest of your day holds. This class is appropriate for all levels.
Replenish, revitalize, restore your mind, body and spirit with this class intended to recenter and remind you to take care of your body. While slowing down the pace of life, you will awaken your senses, become mindful and strengthen your ability to accept and to surrender. Peace and comfort are the centerpiece of this restorative practice. You get out of your body what you put into it.

You’ll have no choice but to be in this moment during your Yin Practice. Strengthen your mind, build your core, and increase your muscle tone. Right your mat; traditional 5 to 6 yoga postures; held longer to lengthen, strengthen and build. This Yin offering will work wonders for your joint health, flexibility, circulation and mental focus. Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, flowing style that connects the movement of the body with the breath. The method stresses the importance of daily practice of a set series of movements. There are six series of Ashtanga yoga sequences, which the student progresses through at their own pace. This is a heated yoga class.

Family yoga classes are a fun way for the whole family to experience yoga. Family members of all ages from young children to grandparents can get in on the fun with a yoga story, active and silly times with a lot of movement and calm poses with quiet music to relax and rest.
YOUNG WILD & FREE
Kids Yoga (Ages 5 - 8) & (9 - 14)
In class we will discuss the importance of yoga and taking care of your body, there is an emphasis on the importance of linking your mind and your body through your breath... In this class you will learn how Ujjai Breath is an important tool not just in yoga but in life. Each class will be broken down and explained through basic poses such as chatarangas, warrior poses, balance poses and Yin poses. Each week we will introduce and explain the different chakras, the yoga poses for that week willcoincide with the chakra. There's so much to explore in the world of yoga, in this class use your mat as your canvas..
Reiki Yin Fusion
We invite you to close your eyes and draw inward as you move through slowly built progressive sequences, to longer holding postures. The entire body and mind are brought into balance in this grounding, focused, and yet calming class. You will be encouraged to explore all the benefits of each posture while opening chakras and releasing tension.
We ask that you draw your awareness within to allow it to awaken your innate ability to heal your body and mind from the inside out. All the while, you will be given Reiki healing as you go through these slow, relaxing, and healing postures. During your time on the mat, you can expect to have either touch or hovering over particular areas sch as the head, neck, shoulders, back, or feet while in specific sequences in order to aid in the movement of blocked energy with the intention of assisting in overall relaxation and healing.
REIKI GROUP HEALING
Reiki is a way for us to rebalance and heal mentally, physically, and spiritually. Using the 7 major Chakras, it ensures a steady flow of energy throughout our systems. Each Chakra is like a pinwheel. Stress, negative thoughts, and built up emotions act as dirt that pile up causing energy to be trapped or constricted. Reiki acts as a catalyst in channeling the energy where it needs to go to cleanse, realign, and remove any blocks.
During this Group Reiki Healing session, Reiki Master Teacher, Michelle, will guide you through a specialized Chakra opening and balancing meditation allowing each of the 7 major Chakras to be targeted. You can expect to receive Reiki Healing through either touch or hovering over particular areas such as the head, neck, shoulders, back, or feet to aid in the movement of blocked energy. Each individual will be given a short energy clearing to help to feel more revitalized, relaxed, and rejuvenated.

This free give-back class supports healing through yoga and meditation for those suffering from trauma, addiction, and mental illness. Donations are optional, and will benefit the Kula for Karma organization whose founders have dedicated their lives to helping others build strength in peace. This is a beginner level 1-2 vinyasa flow.
