BALANCE requires consciously honoring the YIN and YANG energies of life. Yang is about change, movement, passion, climbing great heights, and accom-plishing great deeds. Yin is about acceptance, allowing, stillness, enjoying the “present moment” and doing small everyday tasks as great deeds.
