Yoga for Anxiety & Stress

With the current changes and chaos of everyday life, many of us are suffering from stress and anxiety. This 1-hour class will allow students to release any stored stress in their body, learn breathing exercises to decrease stress and be guided through a mediation for stress & anxiety. ($20)
